2.2 Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email or message from Timeline Expeditions. A booking confirmation number will be provided for your reference.
2.3 Payment

All prices displayed are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using accepted payment methods.

Additional charges (such as service fees or taxes) may apply and will be disclosed before final payment.

We accept payment via M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

All transactions are processed securely; however, we are not liable for any payment gateway errors beyond our control.
2.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@timelineexpeditions.com.

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of individual service providers (hotels, tours, etc.).

Standard cancellation terms: Full refund if cancelled 7 days before travel; 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before; no refund if cancelled less than 3 days before travel.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-30 business days.

Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
2.5 Modifications
Changes to bookings after confirmation may incur additional fees or penalties depending on availability and service provider policies. Modifications are subject to approval by Timeline Expeditions.
3. Service Partners and Third Parties
3.1 Third-Party Services
The Site connects you with hotels, tour operators, airlines, and other travel service providers. These partners are independent contractors, and we do not control their services, staff, or operations.
3.2 Liability
Timeline Expeditions acts as a booking intermediary. We are not responsible for:

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during bookings. Providing false information may result in cancellation without refund and potential legal action.
4.2 Travel Documentation
You are solely responsible for:

Timeline Expeditions is not responsible for denial of entry or travel complications due to documentation issues.

You assume all risks associated with travel. Timeline Expeditions is not liable for illness, injury, or accidents during travel. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance before booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer
The Site and all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
